Other Important Rules

Daily Drawdown Calculation

Blink Funding has a unique approach to calculating the daily drawdown. Instead of using the previous day's equity, they use the previous day’s balance, which resets at 5 PM EST. This method makes risk management easier for traders.

Countries Banned from Purchasing

Traders from all countries can participate in Blink Funding’s program, except for those listed on the U.S. Department of Treasury’s OFAC list. Check the OFAC-listed countries here.

Prohibited Trading Strategies

Blink Funding prohibits certain trading strategies to maintain integrity and compliance with brokers’ guidelines. Here are the primary prohibited practices:

  • Exploiting pricing or latency errors from brokers’ platforms
  • Using non-public or insider information
  • Front-running trades placed in other accounts
  • Trading in a way that could harm the broker’s relationship with the firm
  • Changing trading strategies after passing the evaluation (i.e., using one strategy to pass the evaluation but another in the live account)
  • Holding positions in single-share Equity CFDs during earnings releases
  • Arbitraging Blink Funding accounts with external accounts

If Blink Funding identifies any trading activity that violates these rules, they reserve the right to terminate the trader’s participation and withhold funds.

Payout Methods

Blink Funded process the payouts through Deel.

Trading Commissions

Blink Funding uses RAW accounts provided by brokers, which apply commission charges for Forex and Equity Share CFDs. Other asset classes may not carry commissions.

IP Rule

There are no specific IP-related rules for traders at Blink Funding.
