Important: During each purchase, you can only opt for either Cashback or Trust Points.

What are Trust Points?

Trust Points are loyalty points you earn when you purchase a challenge account through TheTrustedProp. These points can be accumulated and later redeemed to purchase a challenge account. Unlike cashback, Trust Points cannot be converted into cash or redeemed into your crypto wallet.

Note: Similar to cashback, you can only select one option (Cashback or Trust Points) during each purchase.

How to Purchase a Challenge Account

How to Claim Your Cashback or Trust Points

Claiming Trust Points

1. Login to Your Account: Access your account at accounts.thetrustedprop.com.
2. Navigate to Dashboard: Once logged in, click on Dashboard.
3. Claim Points: Select Claim Points and upload a copy (PDF/JPG) of your invoice, which you received after purchasing the prop firm challenge. The invoice should clearly display the coupon used, order ID, user email, and invoice amount.
4. Wait for Approval: Your claim will be reviewed and approved within 48 hours.

Note: You must upload your invoice within 72 hours of the purchase. Claims submitted after this period will be invalidated.

Redeeming Cashback

Cashback has a 7-day lock period to prevent fraudulent activities and chargebacks. For example, if you purchase a challenge on September 1, 2024, you can request cashback on September 7, 2024.

To redeem your cashback:

1. Ensure a Minimum Balance: You must have at least $50 in cashback to redeem. A $5 transaction fee is deducted for each redemption.
2. Visit Your Dashboard: Access your dashboard and click on Claim Cashback.
3. Enter Details: Provide the amount and your TRC20 wallet address.
4. Submit: Click Submit to process your withdrawal. Your request will be processed within 24 hours.

Redeeming Trust Points

To redeem your Trust Points:
