Spreads and News Trading Rules

Spreads:

Exclusive Markets offers raw spreads which is as low as 1 pip.

News Trading Rules:

Exclusive Market does not allow traders to trade within 4 minutes before or after high-impact news. Trading in this 8 minutes window can lead to 24-hour trading suspension and any profits made during this time will be deducted from payouts.

Other Important Rules

Daily Drawdown Calculation:

Exclusive Markets calculates daily drawdown based on the equity at the end of the day at 00:00 EET. This drawdown works as Equity based drawdown which means the drawdown limit can increase or decrease based on the Pnl of both opened and closed trades at the end of the day.

Gambling Rules:

Exclusive Markets has mentioned two trading activities which are considered as gambling and prohibited on their platform :-

• One-sided betting
• Risking more than 3% of their initial balance on a single trade.

Prohibited Trading Strategies:

• Exploiting price errors or slow data feeds
• Using software, AI, or mass data entry for unfair advantages
• Hedging between multiple accounts
• Arbitrage trading (latency, hedge, reverse arbitrage)
• Opening trades within 4 minutes before or after news releases (funded stage only)
• Using third-party EAs, trading robots, or automation tools
• Trading strategies that manipulate the platform or contradict real market conditions

Aggregated Account Limit: Traders can copy-trade strategies across multiple accounts, with a total combined value capped at $300,000. Exceeding this limit may result in leverage reduction or account suspension.

Gap Trading Rule: Opening trades or closing hedge positions within 30 minutes before market closing or holidays is strictly prohibited. Violators risk leverage reductions, warnings, or account bans.

Payout Methods

Exclusive Funded offers Crypto and Bank/Wire Transfer as their payout methods.

Trading Commissions

Trading commission charged by Exclusive Markets are as follows :-

• Forex & Metals: $5 per lot
• Cryptocurrencies: 0.05% of trading volume
• All other instruments: $0 per lot

IP Rule

Sharing an IP address with another trader is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account termination. This ensures fairness in the trading environment.
