TheTrustedProp is a community built on trust, transparency, and mutual respect. These rules apply to all content posted on our Social feed, Forum, Reviews, and any other interactive area of the platform.
Treat every member with courtesy. Personal attacks, harassment, hate speech, or discrimination based on race, gender, nationality, religion, or any other characteristic will result in immediate removal and potential account suspension.
Unsolicited advertisements, referral links, repeated identical posts, or any form of commercial promotion without prior approval from TheTrustedProp are prohibited. This includes posting the same content across multiple sections of the platform.
You must not present any content as professional financial, investment, or trading advice. Always make clear that your posts reflect your personal opinion and experience only. See our Financial Disclaimer for more details.
Reviews must be based on your genuine first-hand experience with a prop firm. Fabricated, incentivised (unless clearly disclosed), or deliberately misleading reviews are prohibited and will be removed.
Do not post content that violates any applicable law, including but not limited to copyright infringement, defamation, privacy violations, or content that facilitates fraud.
Keep posts relevant to prop trading, prop firms, funded accounts, and related topics. Off-topic threads may be moved or removed by moderators.
Do not impersonate TheTrustedProp staff, prop firm representatives, or other community members. Firm representatives may request a verified badge by contacting us.
If you see content that violates these rules, use the Report button. Do not engage in public arguments or retaliatory posts , our moderation team will review every report.
Violations may result in content removal, a warning, temporary suspension, or a permanent ban depending on severity. Repeated minor violations are treated as escalating offences.
TheTrustedProp reserves the right to update these Community Rules at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the current rules.
