TheTrustedProp is a community built on trust, transparency, and mutual respect. These rules apply to all content posted on our Social Feed, Forum, Reviews, messaging features, and any other interactive area of the platform.
Treat every member with courtesy and respect. Personal attacks, harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats, or discrimination based on race, gender, nationality, religion, disability, or any other characteristic are prohibited.
Content that threatens the safety or well-being of another person may be removed and may result in account suspension or termination.
Unsolicited advertisements, referral links, repeated identical posts, misleading promotions, or any form of commercial promotion without prior approval from TheTrustedProp are prohibited.
This includes posting substantially identical promotional content across multiple sections of the platform.
You must not present community content as professional financial, investment, or trading advice.
Posts should clearly represent personal opinions, experiences, or educational information and should not mislead users about potential financial outcomes.

Reviews must be based on genuine first-hand experience with a prop firm or related service.
Fabricated, fraudulent, deliberately misleading, or manipulated reviews are prohibited.
If you received compensation, incentives, free services, or other benefits in exchange for a review, this relationship must be clearly disclosed where applicable.
Do not post content that violates applicable laws or facilitates illegal activity.
This includes, but is not limited to:
TheTrustedProp has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation.
The following content and activities are strictly prohibited:
Users must not upload, share, request, distribute, or promote such content through any part of the platform.
Any content that appears to involve child sexual abuse or exploitation may be removed immediately. Accounts involved in such activity may be suspended or permanently terminated, and TheTrustedProp may report suspected illegal activity to appropriate authorities or relevant organizations where required or appropriate.
Sexually exploitative content, sexual solicitation, and non-consensual sexual content are prohibited.
Do not share intimate images or sexual content of another person without their consent.
Keep posts relevant to prop trading, prop firms, funded accounts, trading education, trading experiences, and related topics.
Off-topic, disruptive, or repetitive threads may be moved or removed by moderators.
Do not impersonate TheTrustedProp staff, prop firm representatives, financial professionals, or other community members.
Do not use another person's identity to deceive or mislead members.
Prop firm representatives may request a verified badge by contacting TheTrustedProp.
If you see content that violates these rules, use the Report function or contact our support team.
Do not engage in public retaliation, harassment, threats, or attempts to expose another user.
Our moderation team will review reports and take appropriate action based on the circumstances.
For urgent safety concerns or suspected child exploitation, report the content immediately rather than redistributing, downloading, or sharing the material.
Depending on the severity and circumstances of a violation, TheTrustedProp may:
Serious violations, including child sexual exploitation, may result in immediate account termination without prior warning.
Do not publicly share another person's private or sensitive information without authorization.
This includes personal contact information, private communications, financial information, authentication credentials, or other information that could put another person at risk.
TheTrustedProp may update these Community Rules from time to time.
The current version of these rules applies to use of the platform. Users are responsible for reviewing the rules and complying with them when participating in the community.
