Report System Guidelines

Overview

The Trusted Prop is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful community. We provide tools for users to report content or behavior that violates our Community Guidelines or Terms of Service.

Types of Reports

You can report the following:

• Spam or scams
• Harassment or bullying
• Inappropriate content
• Misinformation or false claims
• Illegal activity
• Intellectual property violations
• Profile impersonation
• Other violations of our guidelines

How to Submit a Report

To report content or a user:

1. Click the three-dot menu on the post or user profile
2. Select "Report"
3. Choose the reason for your report
4. Provide any additional context or details
5. Submit the report

Report Review Process

Our moderation team reviews all reports and takes appropriate action based on our Community Guidelines. The process includes:

• Initial receipt and categorization
• Investigation and review by moderation team
• Action taken (content removal, account suspension, or no action)
• Notification to reporter (optional)

Our Response Time

We aim to review and respond to reports within 24-48 hours. However, during high report volumes, this may take longer. Urgent matters such as threats or illegal activity are prioritized.

False Reports

Repeatedly submitting false or malicious reports may result in restrictions on your ability to report. Users who abuse the reporting system may face account warnings or suspension.

Confidentiality

The identity of reporters is kept confidential and not disclosed to the reported user, unless required by law enforcement.
