How to Delete Your Account

To delete your account on The Trusted Prop, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account
2. Go to Settings > Account Management
3. Scroll to the bottom and click "Delete Account"
4. Enter your password to confirm
5. Click "Permanently Delete Account"

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When you delete your account:

• Your profile and personal information will be permanently removed from our servers
• All your saved content and preferences will be deleted
• You will no longer be able to access any services associated with your account
• Your username will become available for other users to use

Data Retention

Please note that:

• Some data may be retained for legal or compliance purposes for a limited period
• Backup copies of deleted information may persist on our servers for up to 90 days
• Public content you posted may remain visible on other users feeds or in search results

Cancellation of Paid Services

If you have active paid subscriptions or services, deleting your account will automatically cancel them. You will not receive refunds for any remaining service period.

Cannot Delete Your Account

If you are unable to delete your account using the methods above, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your account details.

Request deletion without installing the app

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, email us from the address registered to your account and we will process the deletion after verifying ownership. You do not need to reinstall the app to make a request.

• Write from the email address on the account and include your username if you have one.
• We acknowledge verified requests within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law.
