A trader alleges AquaFunded denied a $2,283 payout, breached a $50,000 and $25,000 account, and accused them of copy trading—which they deny. The trader provided MT5 login history and execution records. AquaFunded cited initial suspicion of a bot or signal provider, then claimed IP matches. Appeals were rejected as final. The trader was offered a refund in exchange for signing a non-disclosure and non-disparagement agreement, which they declined. The payout was delayed beyond the advertised 24-hour guarantee before being denied.
