Don’t ever buy a funded account from this firm. They keep saying “Rise migration” and are not paying out anyone. To stall the process, they claimed three times that they had sent the invitation. Then they said they would send it again. For a long time now, no one, including me, has been able to receive a payout. Stay away and don’t waste your money. They do not properly respond to your emails, and when they do, they keep sending the same scripted replies and continue to stall. They also ban people on Discord when they ask questions about payouts.

I opened by mistake trade 10,5btc instead of 0,15btc - I closed it immediately but the fees of opening and closing position breached my passed funded account. I wrote about my mistake to support. Max was really nice and took care of it and gave me back my passed account because he believed it was mistake. He is the goat. I think other propfirms would just ignore me when he took care of it. I’ve had a really solid experience with MyCryptoFunding so far. The platform itself is straightforward, and the rules are pretty clear compared to some other prop firms out there. What stood out to me the most, though, is the support on their Discord. Max and Dennis are honestly the backbone of that community. This prop firm is red flag, definitely scam
This prop firm is red flag, definitely scam. They ignore my payment about 1k from profit split 80% of 1.3k for about 2months, even after my payout was approved 1month ago. My ticket was closed by their staff, without any confirmation or explanation about my payment, moreover they muted me for 24hours after i wrote on their discord. I ever wrote this review on TP before about 1month ago, then they forced me to remove, now i do not expect anything.
NO Payout after weeks!
Approved payout withheld after I left a review. Account permanently closed. Here is the full story. This is my second time having to fight MCF for a payout. This time they went further. --- Payout #11339 ($932.90) was approved in MCF's own system on March 7th. Their Support team confirmed it in writing on March 9th. What followed was 4 missed deadlines over 10 days: • March 9 — "7 business days" • March 17 — Deadline passed. Told "tomorrow." • March 18 — Passed again. Suddenly a "Rise migration" appeared as the reason — never mentioned before this point despite two previous missed deadlines. • March 19 — After a 24h ultimatum, their response: "next month at the latest." On the migration: MCF's own Discord announcement (March 16th) stated it would take "approximately 3 days" — meaning done by March 19th. On that same day they told me "next month at the latest." Their Discord contradicts their own email. --- I posted a factual review on Trustpilot and X. Within minutes MCF Compliance emailed: "Your account has been suspended. Your payout #11339 has been placed on hold." They demanded I remove all content or the payout would be withheld indefinitely. In the same email they wrote "the payout has not been withheld due to any issue with your account" — then immediately said it would be suspended until I removed my posts. A direct contradiction. --- MCF then responded publicly on Trustpilot stating: "At the moment, there are no outstanding payments on our end." I have a screenshot of their own dashboard. Payout #11339 — status: APPROVED. I have the written confirmation. I have the Rise account showing zero transfers received. Their own system proves their public statement false. --- Final outcome: • Payout approved March 7th — never received • Account permanently closed • Approved payout declared void • Reason: I left a factual public review I have retained every email, every screenshot, and the full correspondence. I also note that multiple other recent Trustpilot reviews report identical payout issues with MCF right now. This is not an isolated case.

MCF Delays
MCF has been great but it has gotten very bad with payout delays and funded account delays. You need to get be faster as it takes so much time to get what we all paid for. This is not just one time, but multiple times I experience delays.

Trustpilot may contact me to obtain recordings and documentation of all communications related to the issues described below. I have retained recordings, written correspondence, and additional supporting material. I am aware that some negative reviews about My Crypto Funding appear to have been removed or are no longer visible. Prospective traders may want to review feedback from multiple sources and conduct their own research before making a decision. In addition, I have documented over 20 seperate complaints from other traders in their discord on the exact same matter as mine, which I am prepared to present publicly. First, it is important to highlight that a large proportion of the positive reviews appear to relate primarily to interactions with the company’s Discord support team rather than the key aspect of a proprietary trading firm’s service: the processing of trader payouts and the correct application of its ruleset. In my view, the true evaluation of a proprietary trading firm should be based on whether traders who follow the rules are paid reliably and within a reasonable timeframe. For context, I currently hold two funded accounts of $200,000 each with My Crypto Funding, which is the maximum allocation. These accounts have been active since December 2025. At present, I have two payout requests outstanding: one for $10,000 and another for $7,000. The $10,000 payout was requested on 31 January 2026. It was not approved until 26 February 2026. During this period, the approval date was repeatedly pushed back. A compliance call was also scheduled approximately three weeks later, which I attended and recorded. The call itself lasted a mere five minutes and was to be laughed at. Despite the payout being approved on 26 February 2026, the payment is still not received as of 11 March 2026. The $7,000 payout was requested on 20 February 2026 and, as of 11 March 2026, remains pending and unapproved. The firm has requested an additional compliance call even though the previous call was already conducted in relation to my earlier payout request. I have recordings of this communication as well. From my perspective, these repeated delays raise concerns regarding the company’s payout procedures and overall operational practices. Following my payout requests, both funded accounts were subsequently modified with significant restrictions. During my experience, my account was restricted to roughly 1% risk exposure and 1:1 leverage. These changes make the accounts significantly more restrictive than typical live trading accounts. I recall the firm promoting the ability to “trade in your own style without restrictions.” In my case, I noticed limitations on my account after requesting a payout, which I personally found confusing in relation to that message. It is reasonable to expect that a funded account purchased by a customer should allow the trader to operate within the originally stated conditions. From what I’ve observed in the review section, the company often responds to or challenges negative feedback, so I expect they may respond to this review as well. However, I have retained documentation and recordings that support the timeline and events described above. As a former business owner, I believe traders deserve transparency and fair treatment. In my opinion, firms operating in this space should prioritize clear rules, consistent payout processes, and equal treatment of all traders. I have attempted to resolve this matter through multiple professional email communications with the company. Unfortunately, the situation remains unresolved and i have been muted for multiple times on their discord as i have had multiple messages deleted to deflect possible buyers from the issue. My expectation is that the outstanding payouts are processed immediately and that my two accounts get a refund.

GOATED firm fr! I didnt have much expectations but when i logged in on their trading platform i was blown away, they even provide you with a TradingView graph inbuilt on their platform and you can trade directly on there. W firm, cant wait to pass the account and get my payouts!
Bad experience with MyCryptoFunding
Each process to move to the next stage took a very long time. My Phase 2 account took 2 days to be processed. The KYC, which was said to take a maximum of 5 business days, ended up taking 12 business days. It was only approved after my account had already reached the maximum drawdown. The second issue that made me uncomfortable was the customer service on Discord. They often said they did not know and kept redirecting the issue to the relevant team, asking me to wait for an email response. Even after multiple follow-ups, the process remained slow. Furthermore, when I tried to make a strong complaint in their Discord channel, I was banned and could no longer chat. I also became more concerned after seeing several members in their Discord claiming they had not yet received their profit share.
