Hey there, I'm an experrienced trader who knows the prop firm rules inside out.
Having my account locked for no good reason is a tough pill to swallow. I've reached out to support a week ago, but I still haven't got a convincing answer.
They say I blew the daily loss limit, but that's not true. I was trading well under the 4% limit, and every single trade had a Stop Loss in place.
Writing this to hope Upcomer can speed things up and sort this out quickly.
