For traders who have passed multiple prop firm challenges (e.g. FTMO, FundedNext, My Funded Futures, etc.), what’s one rule or payout policy that surprised you the most after getting funded, and how did you adapt to it?
Honestly the craziest thing is how trailing drawdowns follow your floating profit even if you dont close the trade which catches so many pros off guard. Most funded guys adapt by taking quick profits at key zones instead of holding for huge wins so they dont accidentally breach there account limits. It totally changes how you manage risk compared to the demo phases
