The problem is not fully resolved when the automatic sliding system fails. Their system is slow, and the way they solve it is by not managing risk when you have already managed it very well. When the market is volatile, it causes you to lose money.

I’m currently a client and reached out to support to better understand their payout process before upgrading my package. While they provided a detailed response, there are a few concerns I think other traders should be aware of: 1. Payouts are ultimately subject to review by their Risk Management team. This means even if you meet the listed criteria, approval is still discretionary. 2. Some rules use broad or undefined terms like “trading irregularities,” “manipulative behavior,” or “toxic trading.” Without clear definitions, these could be interpreted subjectively. 3. The “profit consistency” requirement may require continued trading even after reaching profit targets, which can increase the risk of losing profits or violating rules before a payout is approved. I’m not saying payouts don’t happen, but based on their own explanation, it’s important to understand that meeting the criteria doesn’t automatically guarantee approval without additional review. If you’re considering this prop firm, I strongly recommend asking detailed questions and getting clarity in writing first.

I am sharing my real trading experience with WeMasterTrade. I had two withdrawal issues with this firm. The first withdrawal of about $3600 was rejected and the reason given was “gambling trading behavior”, although my trades followed a structured strategy. Recently another withdrawal was rejected again. My account 1120499 was terminated at 12:22 (Bangladesh time) after hitting drawdown. After that I purchased a new account (1121035) and started trading at 12:56. Later the company said I violated the “Trading Interval Rule”. However, the rule on their website does not clearly state that the restriction also applies after an account has already been terminated and a completely new account is purchased. Instead of processing the withdrawal, they offered me a free $20,000 account as a goodwill gesture. My concern was never about receiving another account, but about getting the withdrawal from my trading profits. I hope the company will make their rules clearer and handle withdrawal requests more transparently for traders.
Warning About Trading on Wemastertrade: My Experience of Unfair Payment Refusal
I purchased the $50k package and traded to achieve a 10% profit as required, fully meeting all the conditions. Throughout the process, I always traded using only a single account. However, when it came time to receive my profit, the firm gave vague reasons, accusing me of violating rules by using multiple accounts to bypass regulations. They then refused my payment, permanently banned my account, and stated that no appeal was allowed. I sincerely advise you: you might get paid once or twice, but sooner or later, you could be blatantly robbed, so always be mentally prepared for that. What I went through has been extremely frustrating and upsetting.

Scamming
Their system failed to update the dashboard at midnight. I opened a trade after midnight, but the system still treated it as if it belonged to the previous day’s daily loss limit. As a result, the account was breached due to a system error, not because of my trading. They keep repeating the daily loss limit policy, but they are not addressing my actual question: why was the dashboard not updated at midnight as it should have been? They have also silenced me by timing out me on Discord.
