They steal your money, it's a scam!!!
I spent months working to buy their 100k challenge, practicing on the demo to prove to myself that I could complete it. Since I'm from a Latin American country, it's not easy to reach those amounts to pay for it. After working for three months, I bought my first big challenge because the company seemed trustworthy; very foolish of me. Just look at the 50% off offers they give all year round, etc., etc. It's a company created solely to steal people's money with the hope of changing their lives and quitting their jobs. Almost three months to buy the challenge, more than a month to complete it, and another month they extended it to try to get paid. And surprise, after five months, they deny me, ban me, and say it's a KYC problem, even though I passed KYC!!! The problem only pops up when I try to pay? Don't waste your time, your energy, don't lose anything with this company because it's not worth it.

Even one star is too much for this firm..They are never going to pay you. I completed 250$ in 47 days and and asked for a payout they saidyou took 3.7% risk but the reality is they was only a single SL or 6$ in entire trading journey. DONT buy their cheap accounts..they will never pay you trust me. My account number was 114606. They have rejected my payment and cancelled my account

Denied Payout - Account 118336
Account 118336 Your reason for terminating my account and denying my payout is not tenable. The multiple accounts I previously held were challenge accounts which I bought from FXAN, your partners who allow the use of different emails to repurchase a new challenge if previous challenges are failed. All of the previous accounts I had with you were all breached and never made it to the funded stage. So never at any point did I have 2 active accounts at a time. You people didn't need to have led me on this far to the point of funding and requesting a payout only to bring up these claims. If this was really a problem, I should have been informed at the point of passing each step of the challenge phase. I believe you already know what it is I am trying to explain, but have simply decided to not payout because of the cheap rate I acquired your account through your partnership with FXAN. Your ratings on trustpilot keep falling, and that should have been a red flag for me, but I thought to give you people a chance. Regards.

I purchased a 50K account in November. I have the official rules PDF from November 26th, and the 2-minute Stop Loss rule is NOWHERE to be found in that contract. I traded all of January without a single warning, only to have my account failed now while in profit ($50,494.02) because they decided to change the rules retroactively without any email notification. To make matters worse, their customer support is a joke. I’ve been talking to Victor and Macarena for 3 weeks, and their entire support consists of sending the exact same copy-paste template over and over again. They completely ignore the documentary evidence I provide and refuse to escalate the case to a supervisor as they promised. They are failing winning accounts by implementing 'ghost rules' that weren't in the original agreement. Avoid this firm if you value your time and money. I have all the screenshots and the original PDF to prove this.

This has been a very disappointing experience. I understand that rules are part of any prop firm, and I accept responsibility for my mistake. However, the complete lack of flexibility or consideration is very concerning. A single error immediately leads to account cancellation with absolutely no possibility of review, reset, or any kind of alternative. What is even more frustrating is the attitude of the support team. The responses feel automated and dismissive, with no real willingness to help or consider the context of the situation. A serious company should understand that traders are human and that isolated mistakes can happen. Completely cancelling an account without any option for compensation or reconsideration shows a very rigid and customer-unfriendly approach. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this company. Traders should be aware of how little flexibility and support they might receive if something goes wrong.

No answer 1 week later now, still no answer and no account activation. Here they reply and say everyone they responded me. In fact I have received 0 respons. On none of my 2 mail adresses? Toxid trading? My highest lot size is 0.7 lot. Please re-review my account. And answer me on my 2 mail adresses
