PineX Capital is a prop trading firm that started in 2024. It offers 1-Step, 2-Step, Instant Funding, Instant Funding Elite, and Pay Later evaluations. Account sizes run from $5,000 to $300,000, and the firm advertises profit splits up to 100% with an add-on. The main platform is TradeLocker.
The homepage makes big promises: up to $2M in simulated capital, no time limit, no consistency rule on selected accounts, no hidden fees, and rewards paid out fast. Some of that is marketing. Some is backed by the rules and payout proof shown on the site. You need to keep those separate before you buy.
PineX Capital is not a broker. It provides simulated trading services, and live trading happens outside the PineX scope. That matters because “funded account” here means simulated capital with real reward payouts, not a live brokerage account.
PineX Capital is a trade name used by two entities: Pinex Software Solutions L.L.C-FZ in Dubai and PineX Capital Ltd in Saint Lucia. The Dubai entity runs the TradeLocker side and is licensed under number 2643553.01. The Saint Lucia entity is tied to the MetaTrader 5 platform.
PineX Capital has been operating since 2024, so it is still relatively young. As of this review, the site shows a Trustpilot score of 4.5 out of 5 and says it has over 20,520 PineX traders on the firm’s website. The scorecard we were given lists 105 Trustpilot reviews, with 85% five-star ratings and 6% one-star ratings.
One thing to understand before anything else: PineX markets itself as a rules-friendly firm. The homepage says the same risk parameters apply from challenge to PineX Trader account, and that there are no hidden rule changes. That sounds good, but the details still vary by funding program, so read the rules for your specific account type.
PineX Capital offers five main evaluation models to ensure traders can choose the one that best matches their trading style and goals.

Supported payment methods at PineX Capital include cards, Klarna, and crypto.
PineX Capital separates what you can do from what will get you flagged.
Allowed on most PineX Capital programs:
Manual trading in a realistic style
Holding positions opened before a major news window, as long as you do not close them inside the restricted window
Copying trades between your own PineX accounts, in some cases
Weekend holding on Instant Funding only
No time limit on evaluations for most programs
Prohibited on most PineX Capital programs:
Hedging or inverse trading
Grid trading
Account sharing or device sharing
Gambling-like trading, hyperactive trading, HFT, or quick strike strategies
Latency exploitation or strategies designed to exploit the simulated environment
Third-party EA use, except a trade copier between your own accounts
Copy trading between different traders or accounts
Opening or closing positions on directly affected instruments from 5 minutes before until 5 minutes after major news, unless you have the relevant add-on
The no-EA rule will be a dealbreaker for some traders. PineX Capital wants sustainable and reproducible trading, not automation that tries to game the evaluation.
The current main platform is TradeLocker, with TradingView charts built in. The site also says the MetaTrader 5 side exists through the Saint Lucia entity, but the trading data we received lists TradeLocker as the current platform and says MT5 is coming soon. Check which platform applies to your program before buying.
Supported Trading Instruments available at PineX Capital:
Forex
Indices
Metals
Commodities and energies
US and EU stocks
Cryptocurrencies
PineX Capital highlights low spreads and no swap fees on TradeLocker. The homepage shows example spreads of 0.01 on EUR/USD, 0.08 on GBP/USD, and 0.12 on XAU/USD. It also promotes $0 commissions. The fee data we were given says standard commissions can range from 0 to $3 per lot, so confirm the current terms for your account.
Leverage changes after funding. For example, the 1-Step evaluation gives 1:100 on forex majors, but the funded account drops to 1:30. Instant Funding uses 1:30 on forex majors from the start. That is not unusual for prop firms, but it matters if you are used to high leverage.
PineX Capital allows trader to apply for account scaling through its Growth Plan.
Maximum active allocation: $600,000
Maximum scaling: up to $2,000,000 in simulated capital
Instant Funding and Direct Funding accounts cannot be merged
The homepage shows a path from a PineX Trader account at $200,000 up to $520,000 and then to $2M. That is the sales version. The real process depends on consistent performance and compliance, so do not assume growth is automatic.
Payout rules are where prop firm reviews get messy. PineX Capital is no different.
PineX Capital Payout Frequency:
Standard: every 21 exchange days
With payout add-on: every 14 exchange days
The homepage says “Rewards in 24h” and shows an average payout time of 14 hours, plus 211 payouts in the last 30 days. That is likely the processing speed after a payout is approved. The actual payout cycle is still 21 days standard or 14 days with the add-on.
PineX Capital Payout eligibility requirements:
Complete the required minimum trading days
Meet the daily profit requirements on qualifying days
Complete KYC verification
Pass the compliance review
Follow the consistency rules if your program has them
Payout methods are bank transfer and cryptocurrency.
One nice detail: 1-Step accounts get a 100% fee refund on the 3rd payout. That is not available across all programs, so read the terms.
Also note the inactivity rule. An account is considered inactive if no trade has been opened and fully closed within 30 calendar days. PineX sends a warning 5 days before closing the account. One completed round-trip trade resets the clock.
Pros:
No time limit on evaluations
Up to 100% profit split with the add-on, 80% standard
No consistency rule on 1-Step, 2-Step, and Instant Funding Elite
Up to $2M simulated capital through the Growth Plan
Clean TradeLocker platform with TradingView charts
No swap fees promoted on TradeLocker
Payout proof shown on the site with real-looking trader names and amounts
Discount codes currently available, including 50% and 45% offers
Cons:
Relatively new firm, operating since 2024
Funded accounts are simulated, not live capital
EAs are not allowed on most programs
News trading is restricted
Weekend holding is only allowed on Instant Funding
Leverage drops after funding
Instant Funding and Pay Later carry a 20% consistency rule
US traders are restricted from the MT5 side
The homepage “no hidden rules” message does not mean every program is identical
PineX Capital is not suffering from a reputation problem so far. The site shows a 4.5 Trustpilot score, and the snapshot we were given lists 105 reviews with 85% five-star ratings.
Traders on the PineX Capital site mention:
Fast registration, verification, and support
Clean dashboard and good spreads
Payouts going through quickly
Support available in German and through WhatsApp
Rules that feel reasonable and achievable
The homepage testimonials include comments like “absolute top experience,” “great spreads and the clean dashboard,” and “payouts work fast and smoothly”.
That said, these are testimonials that PineX Capital chose to display. The full review snapshot includes 6% one-star ratings on Trustpilot. That is a normal mix for a prop firm, but you should read the negative reviews before putting money in.
Honestly, PineX Capital has one of the cleaner new-firm offerings in 2026. No time limit, clear pricing, no consistency rule on several programs, and a platform that traders actually seem to like. The discount codes also make the entry price more reasonable. But I would not call this a risk-free setup.
The firm is young. The funded accounts are simulated. The payout rules include compliance reviews, qualifying days, KYC, and cycle timing. And while the homepage says no hidden rules, you still need to read the program-specific terms, especially the consistency rule on Instant Funding and Pay Later.
Who should consider PineX Capital:
Traders who want no time limit on an evaluation
Traders who prefer TradeLocker over MT5
Traders who do not rely on EAs or heavy news trading
Traders who are comfortable starting with a smaller account to test payout flow
Who should wait:
Traders who need full automation
Traders who want live capital instead of simulated funding
Traders who want a much longer firm track record
I would start with a small 1-Step or 2-Step PineX Capital account, use a discount code, follow the firms rules, and test the payout process before scaling to a larger allocation.
Current discount offers and coupon codes visible on the PineX Capital homepage:
WELCOME50: 50% off the first account for new customers
SUMMER45: 45% off all programs as a limited-time promotion
The site also mentions a free Pay Later Challenge with every purchase.
Prop Firm Discount Codes change fast. Check the PineX website before checkout. If a code does not work, contact support directly. The Trusted Prop does not manage PineX Capital discount codes.
PineX Capital sits in a solid position for a 2024-born prop firm. It has attractive pricing, a clean platform, no time limit, and strong Trustpilot signals. The rules are also more forgiving than many competitors, provided you pick the right program.
Still, the marketing on the homepage should not replace your own due diligence. Read the latest terms for your exact account size and challenge type. Confirm payout timing, consistency rules, and platform access. Then decide if the fee fits your trading style.
Most traders do not pass prop firm evaluations. The prop firm account entry fee can be lost. PineX Capital looks like a serious firm, but you should only join with money you can afford to lose.
We'll keep updating this prop firm review as Pinex Capital might change rules or as new trader feedback comes in. If you've traded with Pinex Capital, leave a review on The Trusted Prop to help other traders make informed decisions.
Risk reminder: Trading challenges involve risk. Most traders do not pass evaluations. Always read the firm's latest rules before buying. Never risk money you cannot afford to lose.
