This is hands down the most pathetic and useless prop firm I’ve ever come across. I bought an account on 9/4/26 (Order No. 4525667), and these clowns still haven’t sent my login credentials. Their so-called “customer support” is a complete joke—just a bunch of incompetent people copy-pasting the same garbage replies and then shamelessly closing the chat without fixing anything. It honestly feels like they either don’t know what they’re doing or simply don’t care at all. This company is unprofessional, unreliable, and straight-up trash. They waste your time, ignore your concerns, and deliver absolutely nothing after taking your money. Avoid this scammy, low-quality prop firm at all costs unless you enjoy getting ignored and frustrated.

I redeemed 1100 GOAT points for a 10K instant account, which was approved on March 27. It has now been more than 14 days, and I have neither received the account nor any response from support. Multiple emails and social media messages have been ignored. The points were deducted, but the promised reward has not been delivered. This raises serious concerns about the reliability of the reward system and customer support. If this issue is not resolved promptly, it will be difficult to trust this platform going forward. I expect immediate action from the support team.
Transparent Process and Reliable Payouts
I’ve had a very solid experience with Goat Funded so far. I’ve received 3 payouts in total without any issues. Before my first payout, the risk team reached out regarding an IP discrepancy. I explained that it was due to using Traders Connect copier, which can sometimes show trades from a different location, and after that clarification everything was perfectly fine. Since then, the process has been smooth and professional, and all 3 payouts were handled without any problems. Overall, a reliable firm with a fair and transparent approach. Looking forward to continuing with them.

I am reporting a severe synchronization failure between the GFT Dashboard and the Trading Server. My account (#314821574) was flagged as breached while the official dashboard clearly confirmed $22.85 REMAINING of my daily limit. At the time of this "breach," my MT5 terminal was in a profit of $5,202.68. I have undeniable screenshot evidence of this discrepancy (attached). I have attempted to contact support via email and Discord but have been met with silence and automated kicks. This is a documented technical error in the GFT user interface that has cost a profitable trader their account. I am requesting a manual audit of the server logs to restore the account. I will update this review as soon as a manager addresses this.

SCAM ALERT - 17 DAYS AND NO ACCOUNT. They keep changing support agents (Smith, Lisa, Favour, Deep, Yazeed) to buy time. One agent (Deep) even LIED saying I breached an account I never received. Now Yazeed says 'high volume.' This is a pure delay tactic. I have all email proofs of their lies. AVOID GOAT FUNDED TRADER AT ALL COSTS
