Reward marked as delivered but never received + account reset
I completed all required missions and reached 100 points to claim an 80% discount coupon on March 27. The system marked the reward as “Fulfilled”, but the coupon was never actually delivered (not by email, not in the dashboard, and not at checkout — only showing as “Not available”). After that, my account was reset and the 80% coupon was removed from the rewards system entirely. Despite already meeting all requirements and having the claim registered, I was instructed by support to try claiming it again, as if my previous progress did not exist. Support responses were delayed, generic, and sometimes contradictory. This raises serious concerns about the reliability of the rewards system and how user issues are handled. If you are considering this platform because of promotions, be cautious.

My experience with Goat Funded Futures…
My experience with Goat Funded Futures has been extremely disappointing. Their “micro scalping” rule is one of the most poorly designed rules I’ve seen. It’s based entirely on how long a trade is open, not on actual trading intent or strategy. For example, a perfectly valid trade closed just under 2 minutes (like 119 seconds) can get flagged — which shows how arbitrary the rule really is. What makes it worse is how they enforce it. They breached three of my accounts and only removed profits from trades they classified as micro scalps, while losses from similar trades were left untouched. That creates a completely unfair situation where only winning trades are penalized. On top of that, my funded account was breached because they deducted those profits from my balance. Other prop firms typically just exclude such trades from payout calculations — they don’t retroactively reduce your balance and cause a breach. That approach feels far more reasonable than what’s being done here. Customer support didn’t improve the situation either. Responses were slow, unclear, and didn’t really address the issue in a meaningful way. They promote their rules as simple and trader-friendly, but in reality they’re restrictive, inconsistent, and applied in a way that works against you. Overall, not a firm I would trust or recommend.

Please don't waste your time and money, go somewhere else. I made the profit target and never got pushed to funded.
Must hold trades for at least 2 minutes
They consider any trade under 2 minutes microscalping. That's wild! Typically microscalping is in the seconds range, not even 1 whole minute. Mistakenly bought 4x 50k evals. Not sure I'll be able to stay over 2 minutes in this volatile market. Note: Rule applies to eval and funded. Just threw $200+ down the drain.

bad support. website works...sometimes.. evail failed for no reason and 3 differrent people from support just keep asking same question and nothing gets done. only plus is cheap account with lots of platform options....if things work ...big ifs,
This firm is a scam. Do not use it.
Their dashboard shows a consistency score that does not match the actual trading data. I provided full proof with trade history and daily P&L, but support refused to explain anything and just said “the dashboard is correct.” Consistency rules decide whether you pass or fail. If they calculate it however they want without transparency, they can fail traders unfairly. There is no clear formula, no accountability, and no real support when you question them. Avoid this firm. There are better and more transparent prop firms out there.
