FX Capital Funding does not allow News Trading before and after 3 minutes of a high impact news or any red folder event, trading around this 6 minute window is strictly prohibited by FX Capital Funding. Any account that involves themselves in such practice will not be taken lightly as any profit made within this period will be removed, leverage given in the account will be reduced or worst case scenario would be that the account will be breached and terminated.
FX Capital Funding recalculates daily drawdown based on the equity and balance whichever is higher at the end of the day and the drawdown limit will reset every day at 5PM EST. The drawdown also recalculate the drawdown even if a trader has a floating balance and it will be calculated based on the current profit or loss that trade is making, therefore this drawdown also grows or shrinks the drawdown limit.
