FORFX here provides challenges, such as Flash, Legend, PeakScalp, Black and Live - depending on your trading strategy. Important profitable highlights are: a high 90% profit split, the Static Drawdown rule which locks in your profit and a 125% fee refund. Their original Live Assessment Plan is unique in the trading industry - providing Live funded account and 80% profit split. Although trading rules are tough but having a good entry point with strong features like allowing weekend holding and EA’s is a plus for traders.

Daily Drawdown: Will be determined by your account balance at the end of day (5:00 PM EST).
Static drawdown: Maximum drawdown in all their (demo or funded) accounts is measured statically and they stick forever with the same number. It remains the same regardless of how one's account is managed. So your maximum loss will remain as the “initial amount” that you were willing to lose - even though you earned some money along the way.

Permitted with Limits: Trading on economic news is allowed under certain constraints.
Limit Exceeded: The maximum amount of usable margin is 50% not more than this level will be used to open a position from 30 Minutes before news and 5 minutes after news. (violation leads to loss-releasing only).
Prohibition of Hedging: It refers to the HFT not allowed from 30 minutes before to 5 minutes after high impact forex news. (Violation will cause a forfeiture of the account.)

The inclusion of the Live Assessment Plan is a valuable addition, as it provides traders with the ability to qualify for live capital while being subjected to an “unlimited” daily loss limit. The Static Drawdown rule is a huge advantage to keep earned profits from decreasing the total loss limit! It is important to be aware of the limitations imposed on copy trading, as well as the EA validation - but the 125% refund for all challenges provides great value for traders.
