Introduction:- PipFarm is a fairly new Prop firm which started on March 25, 2024 and has made quite an impact in the forex prop firm space, PipFarm provides trading capital starting from $5000 and can go up to $300000 while also providing a scaling plan which can increase the trading capital by $1.5 Million and up to 95% profit split. PipFarm also shines when it comes to providing the lowest profit targets in the whole prop firm space for their 2-stage program.

Scaling Plan :-

PipFarm provides an easy scaling plan for their traders, once a trader passes the challenge phases and gets a funded account, They just have to make just 12% profit and also the traders Funded accounts need to be at least 30 Days old. And that’s it, These are the requirements for scaling the account.

Benefits of Scaling plan : 

There are a total of 5 Levels of scaling and traders can scale their account by 50% in each level, Every 12% of profit will make the trader eligible for scaling up and max scaling can go up to $900000.

PipFarm Power ups :- 

PipFarm also provides power-ups, a system where traders can rank up while trading and reaching specific targets, Each rank will provide traders the benefits based on the level. There are total of 5 Ranks and as the trader excels in each rank, there will be different benefits given to them, These benefits are given below :

Rank 1 : 

1. 75% Profit Share - The profit share will increase from 70% to 75%.
2. 28 Days inactivity period : Inactivity Period will be increased to from 14 Days to 28 Days.
3. 50% lower commissions : Commissions will be reduced from 6% to 3%.
4. 7 Days payout Frequency : Payout Frequency will be reduced from 14 days to 7 days.

Rank 2 : 

1. 80% Profit Share - The Profit share will increase from the old 75% to 80% 
2. 10% Capital Boost - The account size will be increased by 10% of the initial funding.
3. 2% Minimum Payout - The minimum Payout limit will be decreased from 3% to 2% of the Profit.
4. 5% Lifetime Discount - Traders will be able to get 5% discount on every challenge account purchase for the lifetime.
5. 4% Daily Loss - The daily loss will be increased from 3% to 4%.

Rank 3 : 

1. 1:50 max leverage : The max leverage will be increased to 1:30 from up to 1:50.
2. 85% profit share : The profit share will be increased to 80% to 85%.
3. 0 commission : In rank 3, the commissions will be reduced from 3$ to 0$..
4. 10% lifetime discount : The 5% lifetime discount will be increased to 10% discount on all challenges forever.
5. Free 20k account : Trader will be given a free $20k challenge for reaching Rank 3.

Rank 4 : 

1. +1% max loss : The max loss limit will be increased by 1% and it will apply on both kind of drawdown, Trailing and Static. For Trailing Drawdown, the loss limit will be 13% in trailing drawdown and in static, the loss limit will be increased to 7%.
2. 90% profit share : The profit share will be increased to 90% from the old 85%.
3. 1% minimum payout : The minimum payout request will be reduced from 2% to 1%.
4. 15% lifetime discount : The 10% lifetime discount will be increased to 15% on all the challenges.
5. Free 50k account : After reaching Rank 4, Traders will get a free 50k challenge as a reward.

Rank 5 : 

1. 5% daily loss : The upgraded daily loss limit of 4% will be increased to 5%.
2. 95% profit share : The profit share will be increased to a maximum of 95%.
3. Daily payouts : Traders at Rank 5 will be eligible for daily payouts.
4. 100% scaling increment : The allocated capital form scaling plan will be increased from 50% to 100%. Which means the scaled up allocated capital will be doubled in size.
5. Free 100k account : For reaching Rank 5, Traders will be rewarded with a free 100k challenge.

News Trading Rules :-

There is no restriction to news trading at all. Traders can trade the way they want during the news event.

Other Things to keep in mind:-

How is daily drawdown calculated :

Pipfarm calculates Daily drawdown based on the balance a trader has at the end of the day. For example if a trader has an account of $10000 in the start and the daily drawdown is calculated at the rate of 3% of the end-of-day balance(21:00 UTC) then the drawdown limit will be $9700 which means the trader cannot lose more than $300 in a day. If the trader makes profit and the account grows to $11000 then the daily drawdown will be recalculated at the end of the day and will be 3% of the end-of-day balance which is now $11000 and based on that the Daily Drawdown will be $330.

Countries Banned from Purchasing :

There are few restricted countries which are not allowed to join PipFarm and in which Pipfarm does not provide their services, These countries are Afghanistan, the Central African Republic, the Congo Republic, Crimea, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Libya, North Korea, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, the United States of America and Yemen.

Strategies that are not allowed :

PipFarm provides a great amount of Freedom when it comes to trade using strategies but there are still few strategies which are not allowed, These Strategies are:

1. High-Frequency Trading Bots
2. Latency arbitrage
3. Triangular arbitrage,
4. Hedging between 2 or more accounts
5. News straddling
6. Trading on behalf of others
7. Use of third party services for passing the evaluation phase.

Payout Methods : 

Traders can get their payouts via Riseworks and Skrill or traders can get their payout by Crypto(Binance).

Trading Commissions :

Commissions in the start are set to $6 for Forex and Metals. Commissions for Energy, Indices and Crypto are set to $0.
