Ok now think you don't have a stratergy what you do? You have to stay all day in charts waits for a trade and if you don't have a stratergy you probably take more then 2 trades which is not good. Now think you have a stratergy in a specific session like me I have to come before NY session I have to stay on chart for like 1 to 2 hours and done. Stratergy is important it build Discipline.
