Is overtrading more dangerous than revenge trading in futures markets? Which one destroys more funded accounts ?
I believe both are significant risks. One leads to reaching drawdown limits very fast. The other creates issues with consistency and account fees. The best approach is to follow a disciplined plan and limit daily activity to only high-probability setups.
True that. Low frequency of Trades & High quality setups will lead to Payouts.
They are both dangerous, but if I had to pick, I'd say revenge trading is worse. You can get carried away to overtrade and Regain your senses. But revenge trading is a virus that corrupts your psychology until you either blow the account or step away from the markets for a good while.
Perfect. Any ideas to reduce revenge Trading????
Exactly bro
Both are dangerous, but overtrading destroys more funded accounts overall.Revenge trading is like crashing the car because you got angry.Overtrading is intentionally sabotaging yourself, doing too much.
Yeah most Traders scared of Overtrading than Revenge Trading. Both are Worse tbh
Both are dangerous, but overtrading destroys more funded accounts overall.
Yeah. Especially in Funded stage
Nice
I feel Revenge is even more worse
Definitely dangerous to overtrade
You are right. Revenge Trading is so much worse
Good morning guys 🇺🇸🇮🇷 President Trump says US attempt at opening Strait of Hormuz 'Project Freedom' will be paused as negotiations with Iran continue. @Lunatrads
Sounds Good to Markets.
Yes
Over trade making u unprofitable. Revenge trading is mines, you're not profitable trade. Cuz profitable trader, only take one A+ setup a day win or lose stop ✅
Yeah. Both of them belongs to Non profitable Traders
Good
It ruins your psychology so true. It's not good
💯
Mmm
😀
🔥
Great
I wish I could mate. Any suggestions
Both are dangerous
both are detrimental to account
Both destroy accounts in my opinion
H
Both are harmful, but they damage accounts in different ways. Overtrading usually causes a slow, consistent erosion of capital through excessive exposure and fees, while revenge trading tends to destroy funded accounts faster due to emotional, high-risk impulsive entries after losses.
Impulsive decisions + Revenge Trading is deadly combination
Overtrading is worse. I once returned all my profits and went into drawdown in a single session. But revenge trading hasnt been as damaging to me in the past.
Wow interesting. I hope you don't revenge Trade. Good luck
Yeah losses are the reason for it
True that.
both are account killers, but revenge trading is worst in futures cause most of the account dont have daily loss limit and revenge trading will blow the account.
Yes definitely too much
