If two traders are using the exact same strategy, why do you think one becomes consistently profitable while the other continues to lose money? Do you believe success depends more on execution, psychology, or the strategy itself?
I believe success depends mostly on psychology and execution. Even with the same strategy, one trader stays disciplined, follows rules, and manages risk properly, while the other lets emotions influence decisions. Consistency comes from mindset and execution, not just the strategy.
If two traders use the exact same strategy, the difference usually comes from execution, risk management, and psychology rather than the strategy itself. One trader may follow rules consistently while the other changes position size, exits early, overtrades, or lets emotions affect decisions. In the long run, execution and psychology often matter more because even a good strategy can fail with poor discipline.
