I am writing this review after almost 2 months of endless delay tactics, broken promises, and moving goalposts regarding my FIFA World Cup Contest prize.
I took 1st place in Funding Traders' FIFA Prediction Contest back in July. According to the firm's official rules, contest winners were supposed to be verified and awarded their prizes within 7 days. It has now been over 50 days.
Over 331+ emails exchanged: For weeks, customer support gave identical canned responses ("team has been notified," "exercise patience," "no ETA").
Broken Commitments: We were told directly via official updates/management that payments would be processed within 24 -48 hours—yet weeks passed without any movement.
Risk Team Deadlines Missed: After escalation to the Risk team , I was explicitly given a hard deadline in writing: "Your 5000 USD cash prize will be deposited no later than September 9."
Shifting Excuses: As the deadline arrived, the narrative changed yet again attributing the issue to "profile problems" and "third-party payment processors." This is despite me providing my USDT crypto wallet weeks ago and being a fully verified existing client who has received a small payout before.
Banned for Asking Questions: When I tried seeking answers through other channels like WhatsApp and Discord, I was banned on Discord for 7 weeks simply for asking a legitimate question about my contest payout.
As a trader who previously recommended Funding Traders to friends and bought multiple accounts, this treatment is incredibly disappointing. It shouldn't take 2 months, hundreds of emails, and endless excuses to send a crypto transfer for a contest prize that was won fairly.
I urge management to fulfill their written commitment and disburse the $5,000 USDT prize immediately. I will update this review if/when the funds are actually delivered.
