For me, it's not actually the losses. Losses are part of trading, and I've accepted that. What frustrates me more is when I trade well, follow my plan, stay disciplined, and still miss passing because of one small mistake or a rule I overlooked. It reminds me that in prop trading, discipline is just as important as having a profitable strategy. Another challenge is the mental side. Watching others celebrate payouts while you're still grinding through an evaluation can make you question yourself. But every trader's journey is different, and comparing timelines rarely helps. That said, I've also realized that every frustration teaches something. Sometimes it's patience, sometimes it's risk management, and sometimes it's simply the importance of taking a break instead of forcing trades. I'm curious to hear from everyone else. What's been your biggest prop firm frustration, and what lesson did it teach you?
