Max Overall Drawdown is calculated based on  Static Drawdown, meaning the drawdown amount will stick to the drawdown limit based on initial capital.

Soft Breach on Daily Drawdown - it is often when a trader hits daily drawdown, it triggers the hard breach and traders fail their challenge account, which is really frustrating as not every day will go as a good trading day. Therefore if a trader hits Daily Drawdown then they will only hit a soft breach and will not fail their account.
