Am I permitted to use copy trading software?

Am I allowed to use an EA (Expert Advisor)?
Traders are permitted to use expert advisors, bots, and trade copiers without prior approval. However, certain types of EAs, such as High-Frequency Trading (HFT) EAs, Arbitrage EAs, Tick scalping EAs, Multi-account reverse trading EAs, and those designed to abuse servers, are prohibited.
Am I allowed to trade during news releases?
Traders are allowed to trade during all news releases, but responsible risk management is essential during volatile market conditions. Placing both buy stops and sell stops on the same instrument ahead of a news release is considered gambling and is not permitted.
Am I allowed to hold my positions overnight/over the weekend?

What is the Scaling Plan?
