I use to Set alerts . What do you Choose ?

I also uses the alerts on my levels , I see that while watching the charts for hours at end you take a unusual trade and end up lossing , so never use charts for hours and use alerts
To handle FOMO, I rely on a mix of automation and strict discipline 1.Sticking to Rigid Entry Criteria I ensure a trade meets 100% of my pre-planned rules before executing. If a move happens without my setup, it simply wasn't my trade to take 2.Pre-Market Planning: Mapping out key levels before the market opens prevents impulsive, emotional decision-making during highly volatile sessions 3.Embracing JOMO (Joy of Missing Out) Remembering that the market provides an endless cycle of new opportunities helps remove the urgency to chase a single moving asset
I also set alerts and when I miss out I wait for a retracement and find a good supporting poi
I just think in terms of probability
I handle FOMO by reminding myself that missing one trade does not matter because opportunities keep coming. Focusing on my rules and waiting for setups that match my plan helps avoid chasing moves emotionally.
When u have egde then u can handle fomo otherwise i dint think so

Patience
FOMO is an account killer. Set your alerts, stick to your rules, and if the setup is not there just let it go. The market always brings another opportunity. Patience is the strategy. 💯
