tbh, when you're staring down a blowout, 'discipline' is just a load of bs—it’s just u trying to fight off algos with fragile human willpower. if ur gonna reset, quit the monk-mode staring at charts; just scale your risk down until you're numb, or better yet, build a system that executes so u don't have to make decisions. that's the only logic to actually surviving this game.
