ONLY customer care is good, Unfortunately, due to system issues last week, The5ers terminated two of my accounts. I emailed them multiple times, and they stated we would react within 48 hours, but nobody responded. I emailed again, and they did not respond at all. I was quite unsatisfied with my experience.
