I had 2 problems and neither of them were solved. First of all, I needed the purchase invoice, which is not on the dashboard like all firms, and they did not give it to me, they told me they were going to send it to me by email and they never did. Then I correctly completed the loyalty points and again they rejected me saying that they were going to solve it by email and again I never received any email. For the rest it is fine, and they have MT5.
